Remote battery powered valve actuation

The 3S Remote Battery Powered Actuator allows users to remotely control valves in their operating network without the large costs usually associated with network valve automation. With a small installation footprint and the ability to be retrofitted to existing network valves with no above ground infrastructure, these actuators allow users to automate valves easily in under a day.

SIM controlled with no requirements for onsite power or cabling network operators can now automate any network valve with minimal disruption to supply and the general public.

Long life rechargeable batteries allow for completely off grid installations with battery life of 12-24 months. Batteries can be quickly and easily swapped on site and then recharged in under 4 hours. You can even charge the batteries on site with a solar charging station increasing battery life further. If you have power on site you don’t need a battery and can still control the actuators using SIM control rather than hardwired cabling and a PLC.

3S remote battery powered actuators can be easily controlled via a bespoke web portal or through existing SCADA systems.
