Effective management of combined sewer overflows 

Regulators and municipalities continue to toil with the issue of combined sewer overflows. While reduction and elimination of CSO's is ultimately desired, there are several considerations that come into play: impacts on the environment; public relations and cost limitations.

The SmartCover® Internet of Things platform can be permanently installed at CSO sites (either at the manhole cover or at the overflow structure hatch) to assist an agency during wet weather events.
